We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all HookKit plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at hookkitsupport@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
